This policy explains how Baruk LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website or use Intersect, our business operations product.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, company and message when you request access or contact us.
- Account and workspace data: when your business uses Intersect, the data in the tools you connect (for example email, calendars, cloud storage, payments and bookings) is processed only to run the work you ask for.
- Usage data: basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
To reply to you, set up and run your workspace, provide support, keep the service secure and improve it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your business data to train models for other customers.
AI providers and other processors
Intersect sends tasks to the AI model providers and tools you choose. They receive only the data a task needs and process it under their own terms. Credentials for connected tools stay on your server or in your workspace.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email support@baruk.sh and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and approval steps for sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell customers directly.
