These terms govern your use of this website and of Intersect, a product of Baruk LLC ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms. A signed customer agreement, if you have one, takes priority over these terms.
Using Intersect
You must be authorized to act for the business that uses Intersect and to connect the tools you link to it. You are responsible for your account, your users and the instructions you give.
Approvals and automated actions
Intersect can act in your connected tools. Actions that move money, send messages or change records may require your approval, and you are responsible for the actions you approve or configure to run automatically. Review AI-generated output before relying on it.
Your data
You own the data you bring to Intersect. You give us permission to process it only to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use Intersect to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, attack or overload systems, or get around usage limits or security controls.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or proposal. Fees are non-refundable unless that agreement says otherwise.
Demos and estimates
Demos on this site use simulated data, and ROI figures are illustrative estimates, not a guarantee of savings or revenue.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending service
You can stop using Intersect at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On request we'll help you export your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell customers about significant changes before they take effect.
